Lemon-Pepper Shrimp Cocktail
Servings and Ingredients
|⅓ c. Hy-Vee ketchup|
|3 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice, divided|
|2 tbsp. Hy-Vee chili sauce|
|1 tbsp. horseradish|
|3 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil|
|2 clove(s) garlic, minced|
|¼ tsp. pepper|
|2 lbs. large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined|
- Preheat broiler. Combine ketchup, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, chili sauce and horseradish in small bowl; set aside.
- Combine olive oil, remaining 2 tablespoons lemon juice, garlic and pepper in a second small bowl. Pour over shrimp.
- Line baking sheet with foil and add shrimp. Broil shrimp 5 inches away from heat source 3 to 5 minutes or until opaque. Serve with prepared sauce.
