    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee ketchup
    3 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice, divided
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee chili sauce
    1 tbsp. horseradish
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    2 clove(s) garlic, minced
    ¼ tsp. pepper
    2 lbs. large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined


    1. Preheat broiler. Combine ketchup, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, chili sauce and horseradish in small bowl; set aside.
    2. Combine olive oil, remaining 2 tablespoons lemon juice, garlic and pepper in a second small bowl. Pour over shrimp.
    3. Line baking sheet with foil and add shrimp. Broil shrimp 5 inches away from heat source 3 to 5 minutes or until opaque. Serve with prepared sauce.
