For lime shots: Whisk together lime gelatin dessert and remaining ½ cup boiling water until gelatin is dissolved. Whisk in remaining ½ cup vodka. Let cool to room temperature. Flip cups in muffin cups to tilt the opposite direction. Carefully divide lime gelatin mixture between glasses. Chill 2 hours or until set.
For pudding shots: Whisk together milk and white chocolate instant pudding & pie filling in a medium bowl. Turn cups so they are standing upright. Carefully pour mixture into glasses. Chill 2 hours or until set.
Garnish shots with sprinkles, if desired.
