12 celery stalks, for handles | ||
Tajin seasoning, for garnish, if desired |

Directions
Divide mixture among 12 (3-ounce) popsicle molds. Freeze 2 hours.
Remove from freezer and add pieces of celery for handles. Return to freezer.
Freeze 4 to 6 hours more or until completely frozen. Sprinkle with Tajin seasoning, if desired.
