|2 c.||pomegranate juice|
|½ c.||Rose's sweetened lime juice|
|5 package(s)||(0.25-oz. each) unflavored gelatin|
|8 oz.||Absolut citron-flavored vodka|
|4 oz.||blood orange liqueur|
|Lemon zest, for garnish|

- 8x8-inch glass baking dish
Place gelatin in a large bowl and slowly whisk in boiling pomegranate juice mixture until gelatin has dissolved. Whisk in Absolut citron vodka and blood orange liqueur. Immediately pour into an 8x8-inch glass baking dish. Place dish in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours or until completely set.
When ready to serve, invert pan onto a cutting board. Cut into 1-inch squares and top with fresh lemon zest. Serve immediately.
