    1 c. orzo pasta
    1 c. Hy-Vee frozen peas
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    1 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
    ½ (6.5 oz) container Alouette light garlic and herbs spreadable cheese
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. Prepare orzo according to package directions. Add frozen peas during the last 5 minutes of cooking time. Drain. Set aside.
    2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute chicken until it is cooked through and golden brown.
    3. Reduce heat to low. Stir in orzo, peas and Alouette cheese. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Serve immediately.
