1 c. Hy-Vee frozen peas | ||
2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||
1 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces | ||
½ (6.5 oz) container Alouette light garlic and herbs spreadable cheese | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste |
Directions
- Prepare orzo according to package directions. Add frozen peas during the last 5 minutes of cooking time. Drain. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute chicken until it is cooked through and golden brown.
- Reduce heat to low. Stir in orzo, peas and Alouette cheese. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Serve immediately.
