2 tbsp. margarine, melted |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, oregano, parsley, onion powder, paprika and black pepper in wide shallow dish.
- Roll chicken in melted margarine, then in crumb mixture. Place chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
