An homage to a childhood classic, PB&J. We’ve elevated a lunch box hero just enough to make this acceptable to take to the office—made with freshly ground peanut butter, fresh fruit and strawberry jam.

2 ½ tbsp. Hy-Vee freshly ground peanut butter
1 (¾-in.-thick) slice Hy-Vee Bakery grains of the earth bread, toasted
1 tbsp. coarsely chopped Sahale Snacks glazed pomegranate flavored pistachio mix

Directions

  1. Mash ¼ cup berries with a fork in a small bowl. Stir in jam; set aside.

  2. Spread peanut butter onto bread. Top with berry jam mixture; sprinkle with pistachio mix. Garnish with additional fresh berries, if desired.
