    ½ c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, melted
    1 c. That's Smart! crunchy peanut butter
    1 ½ c. That's Smart! all-purpose flour
    1 ½ c. That's Smart! 100% whole grain quick oats
    ½ c. That's Smart! brown sugar, packed
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee baking powder
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    1 ¼ c. That's Smart! grape jelly

    • Large bowl
    • Electric mixer
    • Wire cooling rack

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. 

    2. In a large bowl, beat together butter, peanut butter, flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

    3. Firmly press 3/4 of the oatmeal mixture into prepared baking pan; reserve other 1/4 of mixture. Evenly spread grape jelly over oatmeal mixture in prepared pan and sprinkle with remaining oatmeal mixture.

    4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are bubbly and top is golden brown. Cool completely; cut into squares and serve.
