    1 c. Hy-Vee apple cider vinegar
    ⅔ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
    2 tsp. kosher salt
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper
    8 oz. green beans, trimmed
    ½ medium red onion, sliced
    5 radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced
    Green Bloody Mary
    1 ½ lbs. tomatillos, husked and chopped
    3 c. yellow cherry tomatoes
    1 c. cucumber, peeled and chopped
    ½ c. fresh cilantro, chopped
    2 tbsp. Rose's sweetened lime juice
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 tsp. fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 tsp. bottled hot sauce
    ½ tsp. cracked black pepper
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder
    6 oz. Ketel One vodka, divided

    Directions

    1. Prepare Pickled Green Beans, Optional: Combine apple cider vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, kosher salt, and ground black pepper in a medium bowl; set aside. Cook green beans in a small amount of boiling water for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Quickly plunge beans into ice water. Drain. Pack beans, red onion, and radishes in a quart-size jar. Add vinegar mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or up to overnight. 

    2. Combine half of the tomatillos and tomatoes in a blender. Clover and blend until smooth. Strain mixture into a medium bowl; discard solids. Repeat with remaining tomatillos and tomatoes. Return juice to blender. 

    3. Add cucumber, cilantro, lime juice, Worcestershire, lemon juice, jalapeno pepper, horseradish, hot sauce, black pepper, and garlic powder to blender. Cover and blend until combined.

    4. For each drink, add 1 cup blended mixture and 1-1/2-oz. vodka to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Cover and shake well. Strain into a 10-oz. glass. Garnish with Pickled Green Beans and/or celery sticks, if desired.
