    4 medium tomatillos, husks removed and chopped
    1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped, plus additional slices for garnish
    1 fresh jalapeno, chopped
    1 c. yellow cherry tomatoes, plus additional skewered for garnish
    8 sprig(s) fresh cilantro, and/or parsley, plus additional for garnish
    1 clove(s) garlic
    1 tbsp. prepared creamy horseradish
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. green hot sauce
    Hy-Vee ground black pepper
    Celery salt
    Black salt
    8 oz. vodka, or tequila

    Things To Grab

    • Blender
    • Large pitcher
    • Ice
    • 4 large glasses

    Directions

    1. Add tomatillos, apple, jalapeno, cherry tomatoes, cilantro and/or parsley, garlic horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce to a blender. Blend until smooth and combined. Season with black pepper, celery salt, and black salt. Pour mixture into a large pitcher filled with ice. 

    2. To serve, line the rim of 4 large glasses with a lime, immediately dip into celery salt or black salt and fill with ice. Add 2-oz. vodka to each glass and top with blended mixture. If desired, garnish each glass with a lime wedge, apple slice, cherry tomato skewer, and fresh cilantro and/or parsley.
