½ c. prepackaged shredded carrots
¼ c. finely chopped Hy-Vee sliced water chestnuts
¼ c. Hy-Vee chopped green onions
16 butterhead lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. Stir together Slow-Cooker Pulled Chicken and 1/3 cup General Tso sauce in a medium bowl to coat.

  2. Stir in carrots, water chestnuts and green onions.

  3. To serve, layer 2 lettuce leaves together and top each with 1/4 cup chicken mixture. Serve with additional sauce, if desired.
