|1 c. Hy-Vee frozen sweet corn, thawed|
|20 cherry tomatoes, quartered|
|1 c. Hy-Vee rotisserie chicken, shredded|
|½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cumin|
|½ tsp. Hy-Vee chili powder|
|1 head(s) leaf lettuce, such as butterhead or iceberg, rinsed and separated|
|1 avocado, seeded, peeled, and chopped|
|Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish|
|2 tbsp. Gustare Vita olive oil|
|1 lime, juiced|
|2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped|
|¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt|
|¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper|

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, and salt and pepper to make the dressing. Pour dressing over bean mixture, and toss to combine.
Spoon 1/2 cup of the mixture onto each lettuce leaf and garnish with diced avocado and additional cilantro, if desired.
