|2 c.||uncooked Hy-Vee Omega-3 rotini|
|3 c.||Hy-Vee Select Caribbean blend frozen vegetables|
|½ c.||light garden vegetable cream cheese, room temperature|
|¼ c.||Hy-Vee reduced-sodium chicken broth or vegetable broth|
|¼ c.||Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese|
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Add frozen vegetables during the last 7 minutes of cooking time. Drain. Set aside.
- Add cream cheese and broth to the pan. Cook and stir over low heat until cream cheese is completely melted.
- Return pasta and vegetables to pan. Toss to combine. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
