    2 c.uncooked Hy-Vee Omega-3 rotini
    3 c.Hy-Vee Select Caribbean blend frozen vegetables
    ½ c.light garden vegetable cream cheese, room temperature
    ¼ c.Hy-Vee reduced-sodium chicken broth or vegetable broth
    ¼ c.Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Add frozen vegetables during the last 7 minutes of cooking time. Drain. Set aside.
    2. Add cream cheese and broth to the pan. Cook and stir over low heat until cream cheese is completely melted.
    3. Return pasta and vegetables to pan. Toss to combine. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
