    1 avocado
    1 tbsp. fresh squeezed lime juice
    1 large cucumber
    ½ c. chopped cilantro (more or less to taste)
    ¼ c. thinly sliced green onion
    1 can (5 oz.) tuna
    salt and black pepper, to taste
    2 tbsp. mayonnaise


    1. Dice the avocado into 1/2 inch pieces; put in a bowl large enough to hold the whole salad; toss with one tablespoon of lime juice.
    2. Cut cucumber into fourths lengthwise and slice into bite-sized pieces.
    3. Chop the cilantro and thinly slice the green onion.
    4. Whisk together the mayonnaise and lime juice for the dressing.
    5. Add the chopped cucumbers, chopped cilantro, and sliced green onions to the avocado and gently combine.
    6. Add the dressing and stir just enough to combine.
    7. Use a fork to break the tuna into chunks; stir into salad and GENTLY combine.
    8. Salt and pepper to taste.
