    1 c. That’s Smart! shredded imitation Cheddar cheese, divided
    1 c. That’s Smart! frozen peas, divided
    2 Hy-Vee Short Cuts hard-boiled eggs, chopped, and divided
    1 c. Hy-Vee grape tomatoes, halved and divided
    ½ c. That’s Smart! frozen peas, divided
    1 Avocado, peeled, pitted, and chopped; divived
    4 tbsp. Hy-Vee bacon bits, divided

    • 2 large serving bowls

    Directions

    1. Divide lettuce equally between 2 large jars or plastic containers. Layer each jar equally with shredded Cheddar cheese followed by peas, egg, grape tomatoes, avocado, and bacon bits.

    2. Refrigerate until ready to serve, then pour each salad into a large serving bowl and toss with your choice of That’s Smart! salad dressing.
