    8 oz. Hy-Vee baking chips, any flavor


    1. Heat baking chips in a small bowl in the microwave for 45 to 60 seconds on 50% power. Stir well and continue microwaving in 10-second increments on 50% power until nearly melted. Stir until smooth.
    2. Working quickly, spoon melted baking chips into each cup of a Hy-Vee silicone chocolate mold, filling each cup to the top. Gently tap the mold on the countertop to release air bubbles. Smooth surface with an offset spatula.
    3. Let filled mold stand in a cool, dry place until candies are hardened. Turn silicone molds inside out to release the hardened candies.
