4multi grain flat out flat breads
1 c.baby spinach
1(10-oz.) pkg. Culinary Tours tabbouleh with quinoa
¾ c.chopped cucumber
¼ c.red onion, sliced
1large tomato, seeded and chopped
½ c.Culinary Tours tzatziki sauce, divided
¼ c.Soiree crumbled fat-free feta cheese, divided
Fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions

  1. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling over medium heat.

  2. Season chicken tenders with salt and lemon pepper seasoning. Grill 8 to 9 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove from grill and cover with aluminum foil.

  3. Prepare tabbouleh according to package directions; set aside.

  4. Place flat breads on a clean work surface. Layer with even amounts of spinach, tabbouleh, chicken, cucumber, red onion, and tomato. Top each gyro with 2 tablespoons tzatziki sauce, 1 tablespoon feta cheese, and, if desired, parsley. Fold bottom edge of flat bread over filling. Fold in one side. Then, starting from the folded bottom edge, roll up the flat bread. Serve warm or chilled.
