    3 c. shredded cabbage
    ¾ c. shredded carrots
    ½ c. finely diced celery
    ¼ c. finely diced onion
    ½ c. fat-free mayonnaise
    ¼ tsp. lemon pepper
    2 tsp. prepared horseradish
    sugar substitute (enough to equal 2 tablespoons sugar)
    1 tbsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed

    Directions

    1. In a medium bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, celery and onion.
    2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon pepper, horseradish, sugar substitute, vinegar, and celery seed.
    3. Add mayonnaise mixture to cabbage mixture. Mix well to combine. cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
