1small jicama, peeled and cut into matchstick-size pieces
¼medium red bell pepper, chopped
1medium green onion, white part thinly sliced and green part cut into short, thin strips
2sprigs fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
¼ tsp.grated lemon zest
¼ tsp.grated lemon zest
¼ tsp.grated orange zest
1 tbsp.fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp.fresh lime juice
1 tbsp.fresh orange juice
1 tsp.canola oil
1 tsp.honey
¼ tsp.chili powder
¼ tsp.salt
tsp.white pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the jicama, bell pepper, green onion and cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour over the salad, tossing to coat.
