¼ medium red bell pepper, chopped | ||
1 medium green onion, white part thinly sliced and green part cut into short, thin strips | ||
2 sprigs fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped | ||
¼ tsp. grated lemon zest | ||
¼ tsp. grated lemon zest | ||
¼ tsp. grated orange zest | ||
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice | ||
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice | ||
1 tbsp. fresh orange juice | ||
1 tsp. canola oil | ||
1 tsp. honey | ||
¼ tsp. chili powder | ||
¼ tsp. salt | ||
⅛ tsp. white pepper |
Directions
- In a large bowl, stir together the jicama, bell pepper, green onion and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour over the salad, tossing to coat.
