1 c. chopped fresh tomato | ||
¾ c. chopped celery | ||
¼ c. finely chopped onion | ||
¼ c. fat-free Thousand Island dressing | ||
¼ c. fat-free mayonnaise | ||
1 tbsp. fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried parsley flakes |
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine peas, tomato, celery and onion.
- In a small bowl, combine Thousand Island dressing, mayonnaise and parsley.
- Add dressing mixture to vegetable mixture. Mix gently to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
