Servings and Ingredients
|1||(3 ounce) package beef-flavored Ramen noodles|
|½ c.||Hy-Vee sunflower seeds|
|2 tbsp.||sesame seeds|
|1||(12 ounce) package broccoli slaw mix|
|4||green onions, thinly sliced|
|⅓ c.||Hy-Vee canola oil|
|3 tbsp.||Hy-Vee cider vinegar|
|2 tsp.||Hy-Vee sugar|
|Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste|
- Break ramen noodles into small pieces and place on a baking sheet. Reserve seasoning packet. Stir in sunflower seeds and sesame seeds. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until lightly browned. Cool.
- In a large bowl, toss together broccoli slaw mix and green onions.
- Whisk together oil, cider vinegar, sugar and contents of seasoning packet. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over broccoli slaw. Toss well. Stir in ramen noodle mixture. Stir well.
- Serve immediately.
