    2 qt. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 head(s) Broccoflower, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. creamed horseradish
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Directions

    1. Place water, salt and Broccoflower® in four quart pot. Bring to a simmer and cook approximately ten minutes until tender.
    2. Drain well. Put Broccoflower® into food processor; add butter and horseradish. Blend until smooth.
    3. Check seasonings; add salt and pepper to taste.
    4. Hint: This can be made one day in advance and heated in the microwave.
