    ½ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
    1 tbsp. pickling salt
    1 tsp. cracked peppercorns
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
    4 c. cold water
    4 (5 oz each) salmon fillets

    Directions

    1. Whisk together all ingredients except salmon. Pour mixture into a large resealable bag; add salmon.
    2. Refrigerate 24 hours. Remove salmon from brine. Rinse; pat dry.
    3. Grill over medium coals 8 to 10 minutes or until salmon easily flakes.
