4 (5 oz each) salmon fillets |
Directions
- Whisk together all ingredients except salmon. Pour mixture into a large resealable bag; add salmon.
- Refrigerate 24 hours. Remove salmon from brine. Rinse; pat dry.
- Grill over medium coals 8 to 10 minutes or until salmon easily flakes.
