Philly Cheese Steak Tailgate Sandwiches
Servings and Ingredients
|1||(16 oz) pkg frozen pepper stir-fry|
|1||(14 oz) frozen Steak-Umm beef sandwich steak|
|6||(2.5 oz each) hoagie rolls|
|6 tbsp.||creamy mustard, divided|
|¾ c.||Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese, divided|
- In a large non-stick skillet, heat pepper stir-fry 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until no longer pink, chopping with a utensil as you cook. Drain.
- Spread the bottom half of each hoagie with 1 tablespoon creamy mustard. Divide steak mixture among each hoagie. Top each with about 2 tablespoons cheese and top half of hoagie. Wrap each sandwich in aluminum foil.
- Refrigerate until tailgate time. Preheat grill.
- Grill sandwiches about 10 minutes or until hot. Remove sandwiches from foil and serve immediately.
