We challenged ourselves to hit the Test Kitchen and prep meals for the week—breakfasts, lunches, dinners—with just 20 ingredients.

Using Hy-Vee Short Cuts, the pre-cut fruits and vegetables in the produce department, we skipped the rinsing, spiralizing, chopping, and dishwashing, and just focused on quickly making healthy meals for the days ahead.     All you need: 6 ingredients. These tasty honey, cinnamon, and berry muffins are freezer-friendly and can be wrapped and frozen for up to 1 month.

  2. Baked Egg Muffins

    In less than 30 minutes, you'll have breakfast for the week. These freezer-friendly egg muffins are loaded with veggies and protein to get you through busy mornings. 

  3. Honey-Balsamic Chicken and Roasted Potatoes

    Sweet honey and sour balsamic vinegar pair beautifully with fresh berries. Use Hy-Vee Short Cuts elegant berry blend (a blend of blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries) if you don't want to buy multiple berry packs.

  4. Mediterranean Quinoa Bowl
