Start with the Cheesecake Factory White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake from Hy-Vee.
Top it with fresh raspberries, then melt white chocolate in a microwave on LOW. Drizzle over the raspberries and top with fresh mint sprigs.
Start with the Cheesecake Factory Peppermint Chocolate Chunk Cheesecake (seasonal) from Hy-Vee.
Freeze the cheesecake slices. Then microwave one chopped Zoet bar and 1 teaspoon coconut oil on MEDIUM until melted and smooth. Dip pointed end of cheesecake slices into the chocolate and let set. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and top with crushed peppermint.
Candied Cranberry Cheesecake
Start with the Cheesecake Factory All-American Cake Cheesecake (yes, there's cake layered into the cheesecake) from Hy-Vee.
For the cranberry topping, rinse fresh cranberries in cold water and toss in a bowl of sugar to coat; let dry. Arrange the cranberries on top of the cheesecake and garnish with rosemary sprigs.
Caramel Popcorn Cheesecake
Start with the Cheesecake Factory Classic Cheesecake from Hy-Vee.
For the topping, pile caramel popcorn on each slice. Then melt chocolate melting wafers and butterscotch chips in separate containers on LOW in the microwave. Drizzle each over the popcorn.
