Hyvee Culinary Expert Tip
Consuming unpasteurized, uncooked eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.Strain gin mixture into glass with club soda; reserve any remaining gin mixture in cocktail shaker. Let drink in glass stand for 1 minute or until foam layer forms.
Add straw to drink, inserting straw down through the center of the foam. Slowly pour in remaining gin mixture next to the straw. This will push the foam up and over the rim of the glass. Remove straw. Garnish with mint and orange peel twist, if desired. Serve immediately.
