Make the Simple Syrup: In a medium saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium-high heat. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Add cranberries, blood orange peel and slices, and rosemary sprig. Continue boiling just until cranberries have burst. Reduce heat to LOW and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat, strain, and cool.

|1 c. water|
|1 c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar|
|½ c. cranberries, fresh or frozen, plus additional for garnish|
|1 blood orange, peeled and sliced|
|1 sprig(s) fresh rosemary, plus additional for garnish|
|Ramos Gin Fizz|
|2 oz. gin|
|1 oz. Hy-Vee heavy whipping cream|
|1 large pasteurized egg white|
|¾ oz. Rosemary, Orange, and Cranberry Simple Syrup|
|½ oz. fresh lemon juice|
|½ oz. fresh lime juice|
|¼ oz. Hy-Vee club soda|

- Cocktail glass
For the cocktail, add gin, whipping cream, egg white, simple syrup, lemon juice, lime juice, and club soda to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice. Shake vigorously or until cocktail is chilled and very foamy. Strain into a cocktail glass. If desired, garnish with additional cranberries and rosemary.
