Directions
Make Pomegranate Fizz: Combine vodka, lime juice, 2-oz. Pomegranate Syrup and pasteurized egg white in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously until cold and frothy.
Strain into 2 coupe cocktail glasses. Top each cocktail with 2-oz. sparkling wine.
