    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee vegetable oil
    2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tbsp. refrigerated garlic paste
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee cayenne pepper
    1 (2-lb.) pkg. Hy-Vee True boneless, skinless chicken thigh meat, cut into 1-in. pieces
    2 (11.7-oz.) pkg. Thai cashew chopped salad kit, for serving
    Green onions, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Whisk together honey, chili sauce, seasoning blend, mustard, oil, lemon juice, garlic paste and cayenne pepper in a medium bowl. Set aside 1/3 cup marinade mixture.

    2. Place chicken pieces in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour remaining marinade mixture over chicken; seal bag. Turn bag to evenly coat chicken pieces with marinade mixture. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours, turning bag occasionally.

    3. Preheat charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat (375 degrees). Remove chicken pieces from marinade mixture; discard marinade mixture. Thread chicken pieces onto 6 (8- to 10-in.) metal skewers.

    4. Grill chicken for 7 to 9 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees, turning occasionally. Brush skewers with reserved marinade mixture. Grill for 1 to 2 minutes more or until heated. Remove kabobs; loosely cover with foil and let rest for 3 minutes.

    5. Meanwhile, prepare cashew salad kits according to pkg. directions.

    6. To serve, garnish kabobs with green onions, if desired. Serve with cashew salad.
