    Serves 4
4 Take & Bake ciabatta rolls
    4 tbsp. Hy-Vee yellow mustard
½ lbs. Di Lusso thinly sliced deli ham
¼ lbs. roast pork, thinly sliced
    ¼ lbs. sliced Swiss cheese
    2 low-sodium pickles, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee margarine, melted

    1. Slice bread lengthwise; pull out some of the doughy center and discard. Spread both halves of bread with mustard.
    2. Layer ham, pork, cheese and pickles on bread; press sandwich together and brush with melted margarine.
    3. Cut sandwich in half at an angle. Heat skillet over medium heat; place sandwich halves in skillet and place weight or another heavy skillet on top of sandwiches to press. Toast sandwiches on each side until cheese begins to melt and bread begins to crisp. Remove and cut each half in half at an angle.
