To roll out pizza dough, use your hands to form the dough into a disk. Then use a combination of wooden rolling pin and your hands to stretch the dough out to the desired thickness.

|2 ½ c.||Hy-Vee unbleached flour|
|1 ½ tsp.||quick-rise yeast|
|2 tsp.||Hy-Vee sugar|
|1 tsp.||Hy-Vee salt|
|¾ c.||warm water (105 to 115 degrees)|
|3 tbsp.||Hy-Vee Select olive oil|
- In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Stir in water and olive oil until combined. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead 8 to 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Shape into a ball. Place into a large oiled bowl, turn to coat and cover with plastic wrap.
- Let rise in warm place 1-1/2 hours or in refrigerator overnight or until doubled.
- Punch down dough. Divide into two equal parts. Place each half in center of a 13-inch-long sheet of parchment. Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
