4 oz. mild Italian pork sausage
1 (9-1/2-inch) frozen cauliflower pizza crust
½ c. Hy-Vee pizza sauce
½ (8-oz.) pkg. fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
½ c. Hy-Vee Short Cuts bell pepper strips
½ c. Hy-Vee Short Cuts zucchini and summer squash slices
1 c. Hy-Vee shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
Fresh oregano, finely chopped
Fresh basil leaves

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cook sausage in skillet until meat is browned. Drain.

  2. Place frozen crust on a baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce on crust. Top with mozzarella slices, sausage, and vegetables; sprinkle with shredded mozzarella. Sprinkle oregano and basil leaves on top.

  3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown. Cut into 6 wedges.
