    ¾ c. Hy-Vee low-moisture whole milk shredded mozzarella cheese
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee dried thyme
    1 Hy-Vee large egg
    Desired toppers, such as: pesto, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and/or fresh arugula

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place oats, mozzarella cheese, and thyme in a food processor. Cover and process to fine crumbs. Add egg; process until dough forms. 

    2. Roll dough on a baking sheet into a 14x6-inch rectangle. Bake 5 minutes. Add desired toppers and bake 10 minutes more or until heated through and cheese is melted.
