    1 (10 oz) pkg Hy-Vee frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    3 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese, divided
    1 (10 oz) can Hy-Vee chicken, drained
    ⅔ c. finely chopped onion
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee original baking mix
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee 2% milk
    3 Hy-Vee large eggs
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee pepper
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Mix broccoli, 2 cups cheese, chicken and onion together. Spread in the bottom of a greased 13-by-9-by-2-inch pan.
    3. Beat the baking mix, milk, eggs, pepper and salt together until smooth. Pour over chicken mixture.
    4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake for an additional 1 to 2 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
