|1 lbs.||frozen large shrimp, thawed, peeled and deveined|
|¼ c.||Cajun blackening spice, preferably salt-free|
|1 tbsp.||Hy-Vee unsalted butter|
|1 tbsp.||Hy-Vee vegetable oil|
|Lemon wedges, for garnish|
Things To Grab
- Heavy skillet or cast iron pan
- Toss shrimp with Cajun spices to coat.
Heat a heavy skillet or cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Melt butter with oil in the pan.
Add shrimp and saute on both sides until cooked through, 6 to 8 minutes total.
Serve shrimp garnished with lemon wedges.
