Cajun Blackened Shrimp

Description
Cajun spices add a zesty kick to shrimp. Use a cast iron skillet to cook the shrimp quickly and evenly.

¼ c. Cajun blackening spice, preferably salt-free | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee vegetable oil | ||
Lemon wedges, for garnish |

Directions
- Toss shrimp with Cajun spices to coat.
Heat a heavy skillet or cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Melt butter with oil in the pan.
Add shrimp and saute on both sides until cooked through, 6 to 8 minutes total.
Serve shrimp garnished with lemon wedges.
