1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select white wine vinegar | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
⅔ c. garlic ranch dressing |
Directions
- In a large bowl, stir together coleslaw mix, peppers, zucchini, shallot, vinegar, sugar and dressing.
- Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
