Directions
Stir in mustard, sour cream, lager, sugar, dried dill, and salt. Bring to a simmer. Add mussels to stockpot; cover with a tight fitting lid. Steam mussels 5 to 7 minutes or until mussels have steamed opened. Discard any unopened mussels.
Remove mussels from heat; garnish with fresh dill and serve with toasted bread, if desired.
