    1 (12-oz.) container Hy-Vee picked rotisserie chicken breast, or 2 fully cooked chicken breasts
    2 c. seedless red grapes, halved
    2 c. Honeycrisp apples, cored and chopped
    1 c. Hy-Vee natural sliced almonds
    ⅔ c. red onion, chopped
    2 c. Hy-Vee plain Greek yogurt
    1 ½ c. fresh basil, chopped; plus additional for garnish
    2 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped; plus additional for garnish
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper
    1 tsp. sea salt
    8 Lundberg Organic Lightly Salted Brown Rice Cakes

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, grapes, apples, almonds, and red onion. Fold in Greek yogurt, basil, dill, honey, pepper and salt. 

    2. If desired, top with additional fresh herbs and black pepper. When ready to serve, spread on Lundberg Organic Lightly Salted Rice Cakes.
