|2 ½ c. Hy-Vee rotisserie chicken, shredded|
|2 apples, cored and chopped|
|2 tbsp. red onions, chopped|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee sliced almonds|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee dried cranberries|
|¾ c. Hy-Vee plain Greek yogurt|
|1 ½ tbsp. Gustare Vita red wine vinegar|
|1 ½ tbsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard|
|Optional, whole-grain bread, whole-wheat tortilla, crackers, and/or salad greens.|

In a separate bowl, mix together greek yogurt, red wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard. Pour dressing over chicken mixture and toss until evenly coated. Serve as desired on whole-grain bread, whole-wheat tortilla, crackers, or over salad greens.
