8 Marinated Meal Prep Recipes for Busy Weeknights

Busy weeknights meat your match! Simply prep your marinades ahead of time in resealable plastic bags. Then add pork, beef, poultry, or seafood and marinate according to recipe instructions. We've got simple marinated recipes that include everything from a homemade slow cooker turkey stew, to steak marinated in red wine sauce, and an Italian shrimp pasta you're not going to want to miss out on. Meal prep has never been this easy!

  1. Lemon Basil Marinated Salmon

    Marinate salmon for a quick 30 minutes in a mixture of lemons, garlic, red onion, and basil leaves. Then, bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork (145 degrees).

  2. Mediterranean Turkey, Farro, and Kale Soup

    Add all of the soup ingredients to large resealable plastic bags then marinate overnight (including the farro). Just before you leave in the morning, add the bags to your slow cooker and cook on LOW heat for 8 hours or HIGH heat for 4 hours.

  3. Marinated Italian Shrimp

    What makes this Italian shrimp so good? Allowing the shrimp to marinate in white wine and spices for 15 to 30 minutes. Then, giving them a good sear and serve over pasta. 

  4. Apple Sage Pork Chop Dinner

    Apples, sage, pork chops, and onion soup and dip mix add so much flavor to our apple sage and pork slow cooker recipe. Marinate everything overnight and then add all the ingredients to a slow cooker and cook 5 hours on LOW or 3 hours on HIGH.

  5. Korean Pork Kabobs

    These Korean Pork Kabobs are just what your dinner table needs. Marinate the pork in sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, and gochujang for 4 to 8 hours. Then thread onto metal skewers alongside bell peppers and pineapple and broil until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.

  6. Flank Steak Fajitas

    Marinating flank steak in lime juice and salsa not only adds flavor but also makes a tough piece of meat super tender. Just marinate overnight and add cook in your slow cooker for 5 hours on LOW or 3 hours on HIGH.

  7. Red Wine Marinated Steak

    The longer you let New York strip steaks marinate in red wine, rosemary, and garlic, the more flavor they will have! Then pat them dry, sear, and serve on top of a homemade Caesar salad.
