    Directions

    1. Ground beef formed around a foil-wrapped blue beer can on a white background.

First things first, preheat a charcoal or gas grill according to our Beer-Can Cheeseburgers recipe. Form meat into a ball. Tightly wrap a can with foil. Press can into the meat, forming a cup. Press meat up side of can if necessary.

    2. Bacon-wrapped ground beef formed around a foil-wrapped blue beer can on a white background.

Wrap two slices of uncooked bacon around the burger cup; skewer with two toothpicks. Remove the can.

    3. Bacon-wrapped ground beef filled with cheeses and peppers on a cream cutting board.

Fill burger cups with cheese mixture and top with shredded Hatch pepper cheese and remaining chiles.
