Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss together 1 (16-oz.) bag caramel corn and 1 (14-oz.) bag Hy-Vee candy corn and spread out on prepared baking sheet.
Make this sweet, crunchy, and slightly creepy snack in just three steps. (The kids will be eyeing it every step of the way.) Makes 10 cups.
Place 1 cup Hy-Vee semisweet chocolate chips and 1 tsp. Hy-Vee canola oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on 50 percent power for 2 minutes or until chocolate is melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Cool slightly.
Drizzle melted chocolate over caramel corn mixture. Sprinkle with 1 (.88-oz.) pkg. candy eyeballs. Let stand for 5 minutes or until chocolate is set.
