Agua Fresca is Spanish for "Fresh Water." These drinks are typically a combination of water and blended fruit, but the ratio of water to fruit is at least 2:1, making them a healthy way to hydrated in the heat. Try one of the combinations below and find your new favorite summer beverage.
Double-Berry Agua Fresca
Puree 2-1/2 cups cold water, 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, and 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries in a blender until smooth. Sweeten with agave nectar, if desired. Serve in 4 8-oz. ice-filled glasses.
