THE HY-VEE PERKS HUB BIG GAME GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Hy-Vee PERKS Hub Big Game Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to existing Hy-Vee PERKS and PERKS+ loyalty program members (“Members”) who are legal residents of Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, South Dakota, or Wisconsin and are at least eighteen (18) years old (or nineteen (19) in Nebraska) at the time of entry. Employees of Hy-Vee, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and its parent and/or affiliate companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to enter or win prizes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and are void where prohibited. Participation constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. SPONSOR

Hy-Vee, Inc., 5820 Westown Parkway, West Des Moines, Iowa 50266-8223, is the sponsor of the Sweepstakes to be held by the Hy-Vee corporate office.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes will commence on December 16, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) and end on January 28, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CDT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

4. TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, to submit a valid entry, eligible Members must use the following URL:

Once on the Website, participants must follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form, including providing their full name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number. LIMIT: One entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period. The device on which each entrant enters the Sweepstakes must have cookies enabled, or any successor technology.

5. WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION

The potential Prize Winner will be selected by Sponsor during a random drawing to be held on or about January 29, 2026. Potential Prize Winner(s) will be drawn from among all eligible entries received by Sponsor. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The Prize Winner(s) will be notified by phone or email within two (2) days of selection and must accept the prize within forty-eight (48) hours or it will be deemed refused. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE

Sponsor will randomly select five (5) potential Prize Winners. Each Prize Winner will receive a catering pack containing:

One (1) Fiesta Entertaining Tray (ARV $25.00)
One (1) Pick 3 Boneless Wing Tray (ARV $24.95)
One (1) World Tour Charcuterie Tray (ARV $75.00)
One (1) 50/50 Fruit & Veggie Tray (ARV $50.00)
One (1) Pretzel Bites with Cheese (ARV $15.00)

Approximate retail value of each prize: $189.95
Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $949.75

Prizes must be accepted “as is.” Sponsor makes no warranties. Winners are responsible for all taxes and may be required to complete required IRS documents. Unaccepted prizes will be forfeited. No substitutions except at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

No cash redemption, prize transfer, or substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winners must pick up their prize at their local Hy-Vee store or as directed by Sponsor. All taxes, fees, permits, and expenses associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Winners may receive a 1099 tax form.

8. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use each winner’s name, age, photograph, voice, likeness, image, and hometown for promotional purposes without compensation.

9. DATA COLLECTION

Sponsor will collect personal data from participants, including name, address, date of birth, email address, and phone number. See Sponsor’s privacy policy:

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and release Sponsor from any liability related to participation or prize use. Sponsor is not responsible for errors, lost entries, or technical issues. Sponsor may cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if compromised. Attempts to tamper with the Sweepstakes are prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW

All disputes must be resolved individually (no class actions) before a court in Iowa. Entrants waive jury trial rights. Damages are limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses. Iowa law governs all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
