CARLISLE, Iowa (Oct. 5, 2026) — Hy-Vee is donating more than 9,000 gallons of free drinking water to support Carlisle residents during the city’s current water outage.

On Monday afternoon, Hy-Vee employees will distribute more than 9,000 one-gallon jugs of drinking water. From 3-7 p.m., residents can pick up the water near 125 School St., at the parking lot just south of Carlisle City Hall.
