Hy-Vee Announces Opening Day for Wahlburgers at Hy-Vee in Columbia

The newest Wahlburgers at Hy-Vee restaurant will open Dec. 8 at the Rock Bridge Hy-Vee in Columbia, Mo.

Hy-Vee, Inc. announces today that its Wahlburgers at Hy-Vee restaurant at the Rock Bridge Hy-Vee in Columbia, Mo., will open on Dec. 8.

The restaurant transitioned from a full-service Market Grille to become a casual, counter-service Wahlburgers at Hy-Vee restaurant, open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The restaurant is located inside the Rock Bridge Hy-Vee at 405 E. Nifong Blvd.

The Columbia location is the 20th Wahlburgers at Hy-Vee to open across its eight-state region. The restaurant will include most of the same menu options as the full-service Wahlburgers locations, featuring its signature burgers, home-style sides, house made condiments, salads, sandwiches, shakes and a full-service bar including beer, wine and cocktails. Customers can still order their Hy-Vee breakfast favorites daily from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m., and the full menu is available to order online via Hy-Vee Mealtime to Go.

Chef Paul Wahlberg created the Wahlburgers franchise, along with brothers Mark and Donnie Wahlberg, for friends and family to come together over delicious chef-inspired dishes served up in a casual, music-filled atmosphere. 

To date, Hy-Vee owns and operates six full-service Wahlburgers locations, and plans to open an additional 24 Wahlburgers at Hy-Vee locations across its eight-state region in 2021.
