Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH)

HST Global is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace for all employees. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach toward any form of sexual harassment and are dedicated to ensuring a work environment free from fear, prejudice, gender bias, or misconduct.

In accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and the Rules framed thereunder, HST Global has implemented a robust policy and redressal mechanism to prevent and address instances of sexual harassment.

Internal Committee (IC)

As mandated under the Act, HST Global has constituted an Internal Committee (IC) to address complaints of sexual harassment.

The IC comprises:

The IC is constituted in accordance with statutory requirements, ensuring appropriate representation, experience, and gender diversity. The procedures followed by the IC are aligned with the provisions of the Act and applicable Rules.
