Topeka Hy-Vee Price Matching Policy
At your Topeka Hy-Vee, we're committed to providing you with the highest quality items at the lowest possible prices. If you find an item in our store at a local retailer for a lower price, let us know and we'll match their price.
These are our guidelines and limitations:
- The competitor must be located within the city limits.
- Customer must bring in a printed ad or coupon, or show the digital ad on their cell phone at the time of match – screenshots will NOT be accepted.
- Items matched must be identical (size, quantity, brand, flavor, etc.).
- We will limit quantities to one per item, per customer.
- No rain checks will be given for out of stock items for a price match.
- Pharmacy is not included in our price match guarantee.
- We reserve the right to verify a competitor's price.
We do not honor:
- Any fuel-based savings/credits or offers from other retailers (gas points, fuel points, etc.)
- Alcohol or tobacco prices
- Prices from stores requiring memberships
- Prices from Hy-Vee stores outside of Kansas
- Misprinted or inaccurate prices
- Prices from liquidation, going out of business, or closeout sales
- Ads that don't have a specific price listed (such as percent off or BOGO with no price)
