Slice hot dog in half, then flip one side over and slice across the flat side of the hot dog to a ½-inch depth. Rotate 90 degrees and slice again to ½-inch depth, making 4 sections. Slice each of the four sections in half again, going to a ½-inch depth to make 8 individual "tentacles".

16 Pepperidge Farm pretzel goldfish baked snack crackers |
Things To Grab
- Wooden skewer
- Small saucepan
- 4 plates
Directions
Use a wooden skewer to poke two holes for eyes and use a small paring knife to cut a small half circle for the mouth.
Heat oil on medium-low in small sauce pot.
Place octopi in oil two at a time on their side, rotating every 30 seconds or when slightly browned. Once all sides are browned, remove from oil and set aside.
Prepare macaroni & cheese dinner cups.
Use mandolin to slice cucumber into 1-centimeter-thick slices; cut each slice into fourths and roll 2 to 3 sections for "seaweed".
To serve, use 1 tablespoon ketchup to draw waves and place 4 pretzel goldfish under that line on plate. Place ½ cup prepared macaroni & cheese in a line under fish and add octopi on top.
Place cucumbers in wavy pattern under macaroni & cheese for the bottom layer.
